An American created favorite named after Mr. Sam German the original creator
of a mild dark baking chocolate for the Baker’s Chocolate Co. in
1852. We have incorporated this wonderful topping into our decadent brownies.
We layer our Dark Chocolate brownie with our German Chocolate Icing we
make from scratch with coconuts and pecans. It is an absolutely perfect
combination.

we have added Vincent Van Gogh® Black

Cherry Truffle Ganache between the two brownie stacks and finnish if off
this decadent dessert with Dark Chocolate Truffle Ganache.
