Chef Zelen starts with one of her famous brownies tops it with rich dark chocolate ganache and then stacks another brownie on top. Then she spreads a generous amount of dark chocolate ganache on top of the stack and finishes it off with a wide assortment of toppings.

Originally, the Blondie was just made in limited quantities for special orders and friends. We received so many requests for this Blondie that we have decided to offer it to all our customers so that they too can enjoy this unique pastry.
If you like Blondies you will love this one. Hands down the most incredible blondie we have ever tasted. We start with a layer of blondie cover it with white chocolate ganache. Then stack a second blondie layer on top and then finish it off with a generous amount of white chocolate ganache.
